Beautiful immersive experience. I felt bathed in warm and glowing sounds and lights. I would definitely go again and recommend anyone wanting a quick relaxing getaway in the city. I got my tickets through fever in advance easy and convenient.

Such a beautiful experience as if you're in a other world! They have amazing themes throughout the year and their new one now is their butterfly/flowers exhibit with the rolling stones in the AM. Highly recommend if you never been and want to try something cool and new in the city! Our video is on Instagram @jadaexploresall and link in bio for discounted tickets!

A rolling stone amplified is just a glorified slideshow projection on the walls with a story that tells you who is a bass player and who is a singer. Very basic, not worth 40 for 50 minutes. Better spend the money on an actual rock concert.

I got a half priced ticket to the SUBMERGE exhibit (now ended) so I went in without much thought, partially skeptical I’d enjoy it considering the rating of this place and the fact that it basically consists of one screen in the main room.

Honestly, I enjoyed it! It was nice to lie down (they have cushions you can use) on the floor after walking around in Chelsea to take a sweet break. I personally also find it fun to watch surreal art, but I admit it wouldn’t be everyone’s cup of tea. I’m also not sure if I would’ve felt like it was worth it had I paid full price (over $30), or if the room had been packed with people.

In all, you really are just sitting and watching a screen for around an hour, so this probably only appeals to people who like drifting off and daydreaming in general. Or if you want a safe place to nap in the city, this is the spot 😉

The exhibit at the Arts House was visually striking and truly eye-catching though at times, it could feel a bit overwhelming. Overall, it was a great experience. The space is quite small, with just the main exhibition and a small display area, so there isn’t a lot to explore. Still, it was definitely worth the visit.
