Loved the big bus tour made our trip so much easier to see everything we wanted to see. Jimmy was the best tour guide. He made our experience even better!!

We had the best day today on the Big Bus. First Abraham was very friendly and accommodating. Then on our night tour Shelley and Miguel were a great team, Miguel getting us through the city safely and Shelley telling us all kind of interesting things as we explored Brooklyn and Manhattan. I will recommend the Big Bus to anyone going to New York City. Thank you for helping my mom and I create memories that will last a lifetime.

What an amazing tour. We were lucky with the weather and had a fantastic time. Chris was very informative and his knowledge of New York was immense. Our driver Herman was the best. Stopping at places for us to be able to take photos. And took some amazing photos of the Manhattan skyline in the sunset. Thank you gents. Truly an amazing evening 😍🥰

Santana was excellent and very helpful and informative. Truly went above and beyond.

Took the night time tour with Rick and Miguel. Rick was brilliant in his tour and so knowledgeable and it is so much better with a live person vs an audio. To bad they do not do this for the day time tours. Great driving from Miguel.

Amazing Night Bus Tour with Shelley and James last night. Shelley was wonderful! She was attentive and kind, interested in our trip so far and had comprehensive and detailed knowledge which she shared with us along the route. She answered all our questions. Two hours of pure enthusiasm! Thankyou. 🗽

I loveeee the driver Santana. She has a wonderful personality. She made sure she came up the stairs to explain to us details at each stop, even though we had earplugs to hear the commentator. She also gave us information on where to get food in the city. She was awesome. Hopefully we will see her again when we visit in the future. I would recommend this tour to easily get around the city.
