Requests for braille programs must be made ten business days before the concert date by calling the House Manager’s Office at 212-903-9605.

Entrances to the building*, concert halls and gift shop are accessible.

*The main lobby’s accessible entrance is the set of double doors closest to Seventh Avenue on 57th Street.

  • Though not required (as of October 24, 2022), guests are encouraged to wear a properly fitting mask over their nose and mouth while inside Carnegie Hall

Arrive early.

  • To reduce pre-concert lobby congestion and expedite security checks, ticket holders will be allowed access to seating areas in Stern/Perelman or Zankel up to 45 minutes before the start of an event, and up to 30 minutes before the start of an event in Weill.

If you don’t feel well, please stay home. 

  • By entering Carnegie Hall, you agree that you do not have any new onset symptoms of COVID-19 that cannot be explained by a pre-existing or previously diagnosed medical condition. Health and safety protocols, artists, programs, dates, and ticket prices are subject to change. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue policies will not be admitted.

Carnegie Hall has no specific dress code—the most important thing is that you are comfortable. Wearing business attire on weeknights or more casual outfits are just the thing.
