They offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days if accompanied by a receipt and if the merchandise is unaltered. Any merchandise cut at the time of purchase (yarn, fabric, trims, etc) is final sale.

Try to arrive to class at least five minutes early (and remember to allow extra travel time if you will be taking the G train!). They will accommodate late arrivals, but reserve the right to not accept students who arrive more than 15 minutes late, if it will impede the learning experience for the rest of the class.

They are unable to offer refunds on workshop registrations, but can issue credit if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop. After 48 hours, they cannot offer a credit or reschedule.
