Yes! The experience is self-guided and is one-way only – there is no returning to rooms you’ve already been through. Brand Ambassadors will help you through your journey, answer questions and help you take photographs if you’d like assistance.

Yes. Restrooms are located in the cellar and we have an ADA restroom on each floor.

Yes! Kids and adults of all ages are welcome but keep in mind that strollers must be checked upon arrival.  4 and under may enter free of charge. Guests 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 or older.
